On-site services require an individual review of location, property needs and availability; remote work does not include physical property management outside the agreed service area.

How to get started
Choose an available weekday time in the calendar, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Cancún time (UTC−5). Each consultation lasts 60 minutes; the last starts at 5:00 p.m. Your appointment is confirmed after payment is verified. The team shares call details by email.

No. The $800 MXN fee covers a 60-minute consultation. Any implementation or continuing service requires a separate agreed scope.
